Suluguni cheese baked with tomatoes
This snack of pickled Georgian cheese is sure to appeal your guests. It is very quickly prepared and as quickly disappears from the table. Recipe taken from the book "Georgian cuisine".

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Suluguni cheese

    200 g

  • Adjika

    150 g

  • Greens

Cheese cut into slices. Tomato slices

Put in a baking dish, alternating slices of cheese and tomatoes.

Drizzle the slices with a liquid sauce. (I used homemade) mint Leaves, coarsely chop and sprinkle on top. In winter you can use dried mint.

Bake in the oven at 180*C for 10 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
