Broth with Chinese mushrooms
Very cushy and quick soup with a sour taste and a slight kick! For those who are watching their figure, as well as good the morning after a "violent" party.

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • Greens

  • Green peas

  • Soy sauce

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Wine rice

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

Wood mushrooms to soak; to chop vegetables: garlic, ginger-finely, carrots into large strips, mushrooms lengthwise into 4 pieces, corn on the cob into 3 pieces.

In a saucepan on the herbal oil to fry garlic, carrots, mushrooms, corn on the cob, hot pepper - 5-10 min.

Add the hot broth, wood mushrooms and cook for 10-15 minutes, add the leeks, chopped in thick rings and cook for another 5 min.

Add soy sauce, rice wine, rice vinegar (or lemon juice). If you want you can add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, bring to a boil.
