Soup
Light and Sunny soup with a rich taste of vegetables. Good help to our poor ventricles after the festive abundance of Goodies, but not always Goodies. If you make it with chicken broth, and just for some water, the soup will be altogether dietary.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Celery root

    200 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Broth

    3 l

  • Salt

  • Cream

  • Greens

Cooking

In boiling, salted and peppered to taste chicken broth sent peeled and chopped potatoes and carrots. How to cut here, no matter if you want all it to cook faster, cut smaller.

After 5 minutes add the chopped pumpkin...

... and celery.

After another 5 minutes onion, sliced into quarters.

Cook until the vegetables are tender (about 20 minutes), then blend. I'm doing it right in the pot with an immersion nozzle.

Shrimp thaw (faster in the microwave), chop.

Add to the soup. Boil for 3 minutes.

When serving, garnish with cream (warmed), greens and shrimp. Bon appetit!!!
