Salad of young potatoes with egg
Offer a salad of young potatoes with cucumbers. The salad is simple, hearty, spicy. This salad can serve as a side dish, and a separate dinner or lunch. Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Gherkins

    8 piece

  • Honey

    0.5 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

For dressing mix vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. A thin stream pour in the olive oil and mix thoroughly the filling.

Wash potatoes and boil until tender in lightly salted water. I it is not fresh, I cleaned. When ready drain the water, cool, peel and cut into circles or slices.

Gherkins cut into small pieces.

Add to the potatoes. Chop the parsley, pour over dressing, mix, let stand for 10 minutes.

Egg boil hard boiled. Peel and cut into circles or slices.
