Vegetable patties
These burgers came to me quite by accident, due to the fact that to make a main dish I got just wasn't enough time. The result surprised all expectations! The cakes turned out light and fluffy taste! Great, try and you.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Cauliflower

    0.5 kg

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Previously boiled in salted water cauliflower cut into not very small pieces.

Fry in vegetable oil with finely chopped onions and finely grated carrots.

Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain off water and puree.

Mix the cabbage and mashed potatoes with zazharkoy, add the egg and breadcrumbs.

The resulting mass is formed patties and dip them them in breadcrumbs.

Fry them in hot vegetable oil until Golden brown.
