Chicken with sauce
Another recipe of Indian cuisine, but very similar with European kitchen, aside from some spices. Tender chicken in onion almond sauce with cream and spices.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Ginger

    2 tsp

  • Cardamom

  • Pepper white

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Garlic cut into petals, 1 head of onions and sweet pepper - julienne. Fry in vegetable oil.

Chicken fillet cut into cubes or strips and add to vegetables. Fry until Golden brown.

Second onions to boil or bake in the microwave until soft. Grind in a blender, puree.

Add the onion puree to the vegetables and chicken, mix well. Reduce heat and cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Grind the almonds in a blender.

Add chopped nuts to the pan, mix well.

Pour the cream.

Add ground ginger, white pepper, salt and a pinch of cardamom. Stir and cook for another 7-8 minutes.

Serve with boiled rice or fresh vegetables, sprinkled with chopped cilantro (to taste and optional). Bon appetit!
