Rolls from cottage cheese and dough
I think every woman knows how to prepare a yeast dough, but did You know about the existence of yeast dough with cottage cheese from which to prepare many varied, delicious and healthy food? If not, I am happy to share this culinary recipe.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Water

    225 ml

  • Yeast

    2.5 tsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

In warm water dissolve the sugar, salt, yeast. Add the flour, cheese, vanilla and knead the dough.

Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Approaching divide the dough in about 12 pieces. Piece of roll, brush with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar (to taste).

Roll into a loaf. Going to do a roll-heart.

Roll and fold in half.

Cut with a knife, not reaching a little bit to the edges of the roll. A little reveal, we've got heart.
