Description
When we were kids, mom made these donuts often, but balls and I called them "kolbochkam and". Very tasty, it just melts in your mouth. Here, I remembered and decided to change, but also about "kolobochek" are not forgotten.

Cooking
Raw egg yolk and a little salt mixed with cottage cheese (I used raisins), add a few tablespoons of flour, baking powder, and vaniline. Mix thoroughly, until smooth.
