Very tasty and easy to prepare muffins with sour cream with a jam filling. Jam you can use any thick, very delicious with orange, I have yoshta.

Cooking
Beat the eggs with sugar with a beater, add the orange zest and sour cream.
Add to the dough sunflower oil, stir. Next, sift the flour with the baking powder.
The dough will be thick. Into molds to spread out a tablespoon of dough in the center 1 tsp of jam. I split the dough into 6 molds, but it is better to make 7-8, as the muffins rise very much.
Cover jam stuffing another spoon test.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the muffins 25 minutes. Optional finished muffins you can still top grease jam. Bon appetit!
