Muffins with jam sour cream
Very tasty and easy to prepare muffins with sour cream with a jam filling. Jam you can use any thick, very delicious with orange, I have yoshta.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Orange zest

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Jam

    6 tsp

Cooking

Beat the eggs with sugar with a beater, add the orange zest and sour cream.

Add to the dough sunflower oil, stir. Next, sift the flour with the baking powder.

The dough will be thick. Into molds to spread out a tablespoon of dough in the center 1 tsp of jam. I split the dough into 6 molds, but it is better to make 7-8, as the muffins rise very much.
