Onion tortilla
Bake cakes instead of bread, from rye flour, different additives. Today I baked onion bread with Provencal herbs, on sour milk, slightly sweet, with sugar TM MISTRAL cane and without eggs.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Rye flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Seasoning

    1 tsp

Cooking

Make the dough. In yoghurt Gasim soda, add sugar and salt. Mix everything.

Beat in the flour spoonful by spoonful. The dough is quite thick. Add the sunflower oil. Onions finely chop and put in the dough. Stir.

Take shape. I have a non-stick pizza shape. I did not grease. Can be done on a small baking sheet, previously greased it with oil. Spread the dough, distributable, and with a knife I would cut into squares without cutting. Sprinkled on top Provencal herbs, can dill from the garden, if any seasoning is not there.

Put in oven, preheated t 190 C, for 15 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Ready. Allow to cool.
