1. COOK the ground BEEF IN a pan with hot sunflower oil lay the grated carrots, 2-3 min. finely chopped tomato (without skin). Salt. When tomatoes start to let the juice, add finely chopped onion. The last lay pre-boiled and finely sliced (or chopped) mushrooms and bell pepper. Simmer for 7-8 mins Add boiled rice, parsley, pepper and simmer for another 10 min.
