Sauce
Wonderful, moderately spicy Russian ajioka. Suited wonderfully to spaghetti, potatoes, and, of course, meat.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    8 kg

  • Pepper

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    5 piece

  • Parsley

    2 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

    300 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 tsp

Tomatoes, bell pepper, chili pepper, onion, garlic, parsley, mince, add salt, sugar, butter, ground black pepper and cook for 1 hour.
