Cookies
These cookies baked by my grandma exclusively for the holidays, especially winter. Loose and airy rings sprinkled with powdered sugar - the taste of childhood.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Sour cream

    300 g

  • Fat

    300 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    300 g

Mix sour cream with baking soda, add the lard. Sour cream is better to take not the first freshness and thickened.

I divided the dough into two parts. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least an hour.
