Beat eggs,cheese to grate on a coarse grater and mix with eggs.Add the flour.
From the resulting dough with vegetable oil to fry the omelettes.The thinner the omelet the better.
I spread the dough a tablespoon and spoon spread it as thin as possible.Quickly stir-fried,pan not much heat.
You can take any ready-made stuffing.Pork meat rolls more juicy and fatty.My kids don't like fat,so I made minced chicken breast.Minced course salt and pepper.
On the edge of the omelet, put the stuffing and tighten the roll.
Then fold in a container in which to simmer and cover with water mixed with sour cream.The liquid should slightly cover the rolls.Salt,seasoning to taste.
Simmer until the meat is cooked.With minced chicken I got were extinguished 20 minutes.
