Jelly
This jelly is a family signature dish. Though the process is long and laborious, but the taste is worth it!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Leg

    2 piece

  • Offal

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1.5 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

Put everything in the cauldron (can be in any large pot, cauldron I have 6 liters)

Fill with water, cook 5 hours on low heat. Sprinkle with salt 30 minutes before end of cooking

After 5 hours, take out of broth, meat and vegetables, allow to cool a little

Prepare stuffing. Finely chop carrots, onions, wipe through a sieve, meat disassembled into small pieces (by hand!). Add the crushed garlic.

Arrange the meat on plates, pour broth and put in a cold place for 12 hours. I stood on the balcony - temperature +1...+5.

After 12 hours all ready! Spread on a dish and eat)))
