Stuffed mushrooms
Tender, juicy, delicious, melt in your mouth!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken

    300 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

  • Soy sauce

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

Cooking

Remove the stems from the mushrooms, cap boil for 5 minutes.

Legs mushrooms shred, also shred the onion and fry in vegetable oil.

Boiled chicken puree them in a blender.

Combine shredded chicken, fried mushrooms with onions, green peas, grated cheese and stir, adding spices to taste.

Ready stuffing add the mayonnaise and soy sauce. Stir and, if necessary, salt.

This stuffing stuff mushrooms caps, sprinkle with grated cheese. On a baking tray put the butter and pour a little water.

Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 gr. until Golden brown.
