Description
Polish "pierogi" pie — a dish-blende, in fact it's our dumplings. Of course, the recipes there are lots of them-like fillings and dough, "pierogi" boiled, roasted, or fried. For the dough I used the recipe of a respected cook Natalijmar http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/120 169/, very I liked it-both at work and in the finished product. Classic version - potatoes with cottage cheese. I decided to give these dumplings more expressive by adding curd instead of cheese and soy sauce. Polish pierogi large enough (at least in our family is two times smaller). The test I did half a serving, and for a specified amount of toppings used up about half.

The products that we need
That would knead the dough in a deep bowl mix the egg, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, pour the warm water and whisk. Then knead the dough, gradually adding flour. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Peeled potatoes boiled until tender, and mash with oil until smooth, cool.
To the potatoes add the grated on a coarse grater cheese.
Add soy sauce, stir, add sour cream, stir
Thinly roll out the dough and cut out circles with a diameter of 10cm. Of course, you can make the standard sizes.
Lepim dumplings and boil in boiling water 5-6 minutes, depending on size.
