Cherry pie cottage cheese-sour cream filling
Incredibly tasty, but easy to prepare cake. The thin dough and lots of soft filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Powdered sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To test the oil at room temperature and mix with egg, milk, icing sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the flour and knead the dough.

Form grease with oil (I have one large and one small). The dough spread on the form that the thickness was about 3 mm, forming high sides, as in baking, the sides will settle. Prick with a fork and put into the freezer for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. To separate the seeds from the cherries.

Bake for 15 minutes about 180 degrees. While baked basis, prepare the dressing. Combine 2 eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese (perfect here baby yogurt, or plain cottage cheese to wipe through a sieve), vanilla sugar, cane sugar and starch.
