Roulade of chicken liver with cheese
Tender roll of chicken liver will decorate any table. Preparation is simple, and the result will please you.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Greens

Cooking

The liver cleanse, rinse and dry.

Put in pan with heated oil and cook until gray. Then add a small amount of water and simmer on low heat until cooked liver. Carrots cut into slices, onion half-rings. Put the vegetables in a pan with vegetable oil and fry until soft.

Double-pass the liver and vegetables through a meat grinder

Add seasonings and stir.

Stuffing lay out on plastic wrap and flatten (should get a rectangular formation).

Then brush the melted cheese and sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Carefully using the cling film roll roll, wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours, preferably overnight.
