The ingredients for all pies listed below, we puree them using a blender. So, paste the first: green olives filled with red pepper, with a small amount of olive oil.
Pate second: olives pitted with the addition of vegetable oil (in this case wheat).
The third paté: sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
Pate four: salted anchovies (in oil) and parsley.
Pate fifth: pickled mushrooms, garlic, herbs and goat cheese.
