Marshmallow
Delicate, light, vanilla marshmallows and melts in your mouth, and prepare it is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    600 g

  • Water

    240 ml

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Citric acid

    1.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

pour sugar 150 ml water and put on fire. after boiling, cook for 7 min.

at the same time prepare a gelatin. pour cold boiled water, stir well and put in a water bath. stir until dissolved.

syrup remove from heat and pour gelatin in it. beat with mixer 10 minutes.

then add the acid, then stir for 5 minutes, add soda and vanilla, beat for another 15 min.

using a pastry bag to squeeze out the marshmallows and leave it to dry. 2-3 can be removed, folded in the package and store in the refrigerator
