Cooking
These are our ingredients
Finely chop the onion, fry in butter and combine with stuffing. Add fresh herbs / I have dill and Basil/ salt and pepper and mix well.
Potatoes wash, peel, cut and put on greased with vegetable oil bottom slow cooker. Salt, sprinkle with cardamom, nutmeg and dried dill. Pour melted milk and set the mode "Stewing" about 40 minutes.
For the filling mozzarella to grate on a coarse grater, sun dried tomatoes finely chop.
From the meat to form a cake, in the center put mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts. Dazzle small "bombs" of round shape. Fry them in vegetable oil until soft and place on the potato layer in the slow cooker. Stew until fully cooked meals in about 20 minutes.
Everything is ready, you can call family to the table!
Potatoes stewed in melted milk with spices is very tasty, creamy and tender. And inside juicy chicken "bombs" invitingly spreads melted mozzarella, enriched with spicy notes of sun-dried tomatoes and pine nuts.
