Description
Potatoes great as a side dish, as a separate vegetable dish. Minimum hassle, and dirty dishes.

Cooking
The potatoes very well and since we still have young, without clearing, cut into large slices. Each potato is about 8 parts.
Two to three cloves of garlic cut finely
To the potatoes add garlic, salt-pepper to taste. I don't add any special seasonings for potatoes (tried it, didn't like). This also pour a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil. Mix well with your hands.
Put our potatoes in the sleeve for baking and put into the oven for about an hour. I have a gas oven, so the temperature is not exactly to set (try to keep it varied within 180-200 degrees)
After an hour here we have such delicious potatoes - something of a cross between baked and fried. Help yourself!
