Very tasty both hot and cold. Convenient for batch submission.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Chicken fillet recapture (as thin as possible), season with salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

I before freezing the mushrooms are slightly cooked (bring to a boil and turn off). Therefore, the thawed mushrooms in frying pan with a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil. Roast approximately 20-25 minutes (over medium heat) until the liquid boils away. You can add mushrooms to the browned onions (but I don't really like it, so not added).

To prepare the dressing. Egg lightly whisk, add sour cream and stir thoroughly. Molds grease with vegetable oil, put fillet (leaving room for toppings).

In deepening put the mushrooms.

Pour a couple tablespoons of filling.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 20-30 minutes. 5 minutes before end of cooking sprinkle with grated cheese.
