Beet salad with walnuts and herbs
Wonderful salad! Fresh, light, vitamin! You will be surprised so unexpectedly delicious can be a regular raw beets. Don't pass it by!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    700 g

  • Walnuts

    4 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

The first thing to dry on a dry pan four tablespoons of walnuts.

Then chop the nuts using a rolling pin not very finely.

To prepare the greens. Use in salad dill and parsley leaves, without rough stems, and onions - only the green part.

Shred the dill, parsley and green onions. Garlic cut in half and remove the middle.

Wash and clean beets. A few words about the beets: choose a sweet variety of beet maroon color, without gross white veins. The taste of the salad depends on the taste of beets.

Grate raw beets on a coarse grater in a convenient mixing container.
