Salad
Offer a salad with ham, vegetables and pickled mushrooms. Hearty, juicy and bright. A great fresh addition to this salad gives watercress.

Ingredients

  • Ham

    60 g

  • Cucumber

    65 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    20 g

  • Watercress

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Salt

  • Mustard

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 tsp

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Mix the mustard, olive oil. Add the yogurt, black and red pepper, mix well. To prisolit. I have salt and spices, mix well.

Ham cut into strips.

Cucumber also cut into strips, to lay on the ham.

Tomatoes cut into quarters, spread on a cucumber.

Onion cut into feathers, put on tomatoes.

Vegetables fill the sauce.

Put the watercress.

The edges of the salad bowl put the mushrooms. The mushrooms I got canned, I pre-pickled, was left in the refrigerator overnight. Marinade for 1/2l of boiled water - 1/2 tbsp salt+1 tsp of vinegar (5-6%)+1/4 tsp sugar
