Cooking
The first thing we need to roast the liver. My her, cut into cubes and put to fry, do not forget to prisolit.

Onion cut into half rings.
Cucumber also cut into cubes.
When the liver is ready, remove it in a bowl in which we mix. Then fry onion. When it is almost ready, add the carrots. Onions should be Golden brown and carrots are soft, then remove vegetables from heat and add to the liver.
Add the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix up our salad is ready.
