Cheese-cheese roll with salmon
Christmas Is Coming. To this day, I want to prepare something especially delicious and beautiful... This roll can be prepared in advance, he stored a couple days in the freezer.

Cheese, cottage cheese, melted cheese, greens grind in a blender until smooth, add sour cream, mix thoroughly. Soak gelatine in cold water for 30 minutes.

Crab meat (or crab sticks) to RUB on a large grater. Add to cheese and cottage cheese mixture. Gelatin to warm to 60 degrees, warm until dissolved, strain. Mix it all together.

A shallow form to cover with polythene, and pour half of the cheese cheese mixture.

On the mixture put the slices of salmon. Pink salmon, I salted myself, but you can buy ready-made.

Gently roll the roulade. I got two of these loaf. Send in the freezer for 4 hours.
