Mini cakes sour cream
The idea of these fun cakes I found in the magazine "Good advice". Minimum ingredients: sour cream cakes and sour cream as the cream. A very good treat for children at Christmas time. Delighted to have the recipe. Merry Christmas and happy New year to you and your baby!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    800 g

  • Sugar

    500 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • White chocolate

    70 g

  • Dark chocolate

    30 g

  • Thickener for cream

    1 pack

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Pills

    10 piece

Cooking

Of sour cream (200 g), sugar (150 g), flour, salt and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into 3 pieces, as pictured. In one part add cocoa.

A smaller part of the light dough roll out and cut out the circles-this will be the muzzle of a deer))

Bake them in the oven for 5-7 minutes.

Of the remaining sour cream (I 25%) and sugar whip the cream, add the thickener.

Divide the dough into 4 parts and bake cakes: 2 light and 2 dark. 7 minutes at 190 degrees. The cakes cools, coat with cream. Leave in the warm for 2-3 hours for best impregnation. Then put into the fridge and leave overnight.

Present cake cut into squares.
