Fish pie with broccoli
Pie with canned fish and broccoli, perhaps one of the most popular savoury pies in our family. Because it meets your preferences and wife, who loves fish canned food, and my broccoli is respected. Cooking does not take much of your time, while the cake turns out juicy, hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    160 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Canned fish

    2 can

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

Cooking

Dough. Mix softened margarine (butter) with sour cream and salt.

Add sifted with the baking powder and the flour and knead not very steep dough.

The work surface lightly flour and roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of more than your shape 3 cm (my form 22 cm) using a rolling pin to transfer the dough into the mold, to form ledges. (butter to grease the form is not necessary)

Filling. Fish, pre-drain the liquid from the jar, mash with a fork.

Mix with chopped onion and parsley.

Beat eggs with salt, cream and flour.

On the dough put the fish with herbs.

Pour the egg-cream mixture. Pressed into a pie broccoli florets. (cabbage defrosting is not necessary)

Bake in preheated oven to 180* for 45-50 minutes.

Ready pie to cool 10-15 minutes in the form, then put on a rack or plate. Serve hot, warm or cold-equally delicious!
