Lecho with eggplant
Very soon will begin a new season of conservation. Maybe someone will be useful to my recipe. Every season I close one of these dishes and how many would not have closed down, eaten up in the first place. Ingredients

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

All the vegetables cut into 4 - 8 parts. Mix with sugar, salt, oil and vinegar. Boil for 20-30 minutes. I taste it, if I am what is missing, in terms of salt, sugar, vinegar, add to it, so to speak podkasty for our taste preferences.

Then add the garlic and dill. Boil for another 5 minutes, put in sterilized jars and roll up. Fans of spicy can add red hot pepper.
