Jam lentil
The site has a similar recipe. I have a slightly different, and so it was posted. You'll never guess what jam made with lentils!!! It is very tasty, fragrant... well, just a fairy tale!! Be sure to try to cook it, it's really unusual and delicious!!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Water

    400 ml

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

For the jam I used Lentils Pardina from Mistral, I like its light nutty aroma. For jam lentils, rinse, cover with water and cook for 25 min.

Pour the Demerara sugar from the Mistral, mix well.

Add lemon zest, cinnamon and ground ginger and stir. Put back on stove and cook for another 15 minutes Then punch everything in a blender until smooth.

Put in a jar and store in the fridge. Delicious pastries, with cheese also very tasty!!
