Ingredients

  • Squid

    500 g

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.25 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

  • Parsley

Water bring to the boil, add salt. In boiling water for one to drop squid. Quickly count to 10 and with a slotted spoon to remove the squid. Squid cut into thick rings. On each ring to make longitudinal incisions, sprinkle with lemon juice.

Onions and hot pepper finely chop.

Carrots grate on a fine grater.

In a frying pan in vegetable oil fry the onion, carrot and pepper. After 4 minutes add the liver. Fry for 5 minutes.

Grind in a blender, add salt, season with spices, sprinkle with lemon juice. Add the soft butter, grind again.

Finished workpiece from squid to fill with pate. Decorate with parsley. Bon appetit!
