To prepare the salad, I took funches in this package - 2 packs.
Funches boil in boiling water for 3 minutes. Recline in a colander, rinse with cold water.
As it is very long, then cut it into several pieces.
For this salad you can take any meat and offal. I opted for chicken liver and hearts.
Offal fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown and evaporation of the juice. It takes about 15 minutes.
Take any favorite frozen vegetables. I took a mix of broccoli, corn, carrots, peas in pods and celery.
Vegetables can be boiled for 5 minutes, I chose to extinguish under the closed cover in vegetable oil with the addition of the "Eastern" herbs.
Next, make a filling of soy sauce, mustard, red hot pepper and pressed garlic. You can add vegetable oil. But in my case it was enough juice allocated with steamed vegetables.
Combine the fried offal and vegetables, pour the filling. Leave in a warm place for 20 minutes to soak.
Add to the vegetables with offal to funches, stir.
