Description
Kedgeree is an English dish based on a traditional Indian recipe - "kitchari". Its British colonizers, adapted as Breakfast containing fish. However, this dish is perfect for lunch or dinner. Cooked very quickly! A hearty and delicious dish! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Veruschka called "Kedgeree", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Figure boil until cooked, without salt (1 Cup rice : 2 cups water).
Eggs to boil. Half cut finely and the other half cut into quarters.
Best of all, this dish is cooked with smoked fish (haddock, salmon, mackerel). Remove bones and skin and make fish flakes. You can use any cooked bony fish (sea bass, etc.). And the lazy option - canned fish (fillet in its own juice). Fish disassembled into pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the mixture of curry. Give the oil a bit to absorb the flavor of the spices.
Add the finely chopped onion and fry for a few minutes.
To the onions add the rice, fish and eggs. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a few minutes, gently stirring occasionally.
Put the dish on a plate. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Decorate with egg quarters. Everything!!! The dish is ready!!! Bon appetit!!!
