I think this cookie will delight your children and taste and form. Everything in our lives we do "For children"!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Almonds

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Softened butter shall pound with flour until fine crumbs

Add the icing sugar+egg yolk+vanilla sugar+sour cream+ground almonds.And knead the dough until it becomes smooth and shiny.Divide the dough into two parts.One more ,the second is smaller (1/3)

In a smaller part of the beat in cocoa.Close the dough with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour

After a time take the chocolate dough divide it into 12 equal parts.Generated from them are cylinders with a length of about 15 cm .Spread on a flat surface and remove the time in the freezer
