Description
In appearance very similar to cake "Potato". But the taste is something cheese-delicate, airy and delicious. Semolina is practically not felt. Can be done in the form of cakes or candies. And just perfect as a dessert for the occasion.

Cooking
Nuts lightly fry in a pan.
1 tbsp. spoon with a slide monkey. I took the semolina TM "Mistral"
Pour boiling milk. Mix well with a fork to avoid lumps, and cool.
Nuts grind in a blender to coarse crumbs (not smaller).
Also cookies with a pestle or rolling pin to grind to a large crumbs.
Mix well. If you take the cheese, wipe it 2 times through a sieve. Add the powdered sugar. If You like sweeter you can put more powder.
Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Cocoa sift through a sieve.
Formed from the resulting mass cutlets.
Optional top cupcake can be decorated. I decorated with chocolate leaves.
Served to the table, pre-cooled to about 2 hours.
From the curd mass to sculpt small balls and dip in melted chocolate or roll in cocoa or coconut. Then you will get these candies. I did 2 things to try.
