Cupcake made of pumpkin
Without eggs! Fast, simple... and delicious! Halloween.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Milk

    70 g

Cooking

Clean the pumpkin, put into a bowl and covered with a transparent film (or a lid), cook in the microwave until soft, crushed.

Butter and 30 g sugar, stir until creamy, add cooled pumpkin, mix well, add milk, mix well.

Pour the flour mixed with the other 30 grams of sugar and baking powder, mix well.

High rectangular shape covered with parchment paper for baking (you can just butter to grease, but I like paper - and then nothing sticks, and nothing else to wash, very convenient!), pour the dough and cook at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
