Croissants with jam
I suggest to try the croissants with jam! Prepared very quickly from very simple ingredients! In the test, absolutely no oil, no yeast, no need to wait when it cools in the fridge! Honey in the dough makes it fragrant and bagels beautifully rumanetsa when baking!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vanilla sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam
