Vertuty lavashnaya in batter
Very simple and quick dish, but so delicious! Yum. Really helps me when an urgent need something to cook while preparing the main dinner or lunch. It turns out juicy! There are many recipes for pita, but after watching, I found a similar recipe).

Ingredients

  • Pita

    1 pack

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Mayonnaise

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Flour

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Sausage cut into cubes and mix with chopped greens.

To peel and slice like a sausage, small diced potatoes - fry it in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add the fried potatoes to the sausage and mix with mayonnaise.

Pepper and prisolit to taste. Most importantly - lay curry (to taste). Stir carefully but thoroughly. Dry should not be, but go too... Consistency is about the same as in the photo.

Thin Armenian lavash and cut into rectangles ( I have a single sheet divided into four parts), you can make more parts, and as vertucci will be smaller, it would look more elegant.

Put our already delicious nadinochka on the leaves of the pita, leaving about 2cm of empty space from the edge, and turn rolls. Trying to do tight, but making sure that the filling is not crawled at the edges (for this, at half an inch from the edges, also possible to leave empty space).
