A very simple recipe spicy green tomatoes. Tomatoes have to be green, solid.

Cooking
Cut the tomatoes in half rings
Finely chop the pepper without seeds, garlic, add 1 tsp sugar, 2-3 tbsp vinegar and salt to taste to the amount of tomatoes I have it somewhere 1 heaping tsp. If you are afraid to overdo, then salt can then pour each layer.
