Marinated cheese
If You have not tried cheese, prepared according to similar recipes, then I suggest You just... try. The cheese and marinade, you can choose to your taste... This cheese can be used in sandwiches with vegetables (tomatoes), watering the bread-and-butter-pickles. The marinade can also be cooked to your taste... the Recipe comes from another cooking site many cooks with my additions.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    170 ml

  • Oregano

    1 Tbsp

  • Marjoram

    1 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cut cheese into small pieces. To combine oil, lemon juice and Apple cider vinegar. Add the chopped garlic, stir. The Basil leaves finely chopped, Bay leaf break. The Bank folded in the cheese, sprinkling of herbs, pour the marinade and leave for 3 days at room temperature. The marinade can then be used in salads.
