Snack roll
Delicate snack roll made from choux pastry. This is a festive option. Will decorate any table :) Roll was gone in 5 minutes :)

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

  • Salt

  • Olives

    150 g

  • Sugar

  • Crab sticks

    250 g

  • Green olives

    200 g

  • Greens

  • Green onions

  • Black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

Cooking

Choux pastry: In a pan with the milk put margarine and put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring until margarine is fully melted.

Remove from heat and immediately pour all the flour with the baking powder. Quickly stir until smooth. Set aside and let cool slightly.

Mixer one to RUB the eggs, each time well and carefully vymeshivaem.

Baking tray lay a paper greased with butter. Pour the batter and distribute evenly.

Spread on the dough chopped olives. Send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Filling: In a bowl grate crab sticks. There also add chopped olives.

Add the chopped greens, green onion and grated boiled eggs.

Add a little mayonnaise, salt and pepper. All mix well.

Rolled into a roll. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight. To get and cut.
