Cottage cheese casserole with apples and cranberries
Very soft, light casserole made with succulent Apple-cranberry taste. Nice and warm, or cold, with sour cream without the sour cream, in every one casserole is good. ATTENTION - I LOVE CHILDREN!

Ingredients

  • Cranberries

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Semolina

    8 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

Ingredients to prepare cheese casserole with apples and cranberries.

Cranberries wash and a little dry. Apples my, clean peel and core, cut into cubes.

Grate the lemon zest. In a deep Cup with a mixer, beat the eggs with 5 tbsp of sugar, add the vanilla, cottage cheese, and lemon zest, continuing to whisk, add to the dough a SPOON of semolina. (You can add 1 tbsp of lemon juice never hurts.)

The bottom of the form for baking be sure to grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then in the form put the dough on top evenly spread the sliced apples, sprinkle with cranberries and remaining sugar. Put in a preheated 150 deg. the oven for 30 minutes.

And after a long 30 minutes (very long, judging by the smell from the oven) our cheese casserole with apples and cranberries ready!
