Recently discovered a new recipe. So liked the result that I want to share with you))) Very interesting and unexpected flavor, charm, pleasant aftertaste - in short, worth a try))

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Tomato juice

    250 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Allspice

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Garlic RUB on a small grater. Add salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, mix well.

Chicken liver (you can take any, on your taste) very carefully to recapture, a little, that would not damage the integrity. Transfer to a bowl, add milk and spices (which were mixed in the previous step). Mix thoroughly and leave for an hour.
