Description
Once fried syrnichki, and wanted something sort of to water them. Condensed milk, honey, jam tired... on the go composed this soak, and has turned out quite well, very tender taste and texture. Try it!

Cooking
In a saucepan put the honey and butter, put on low heat...
... and, with continuous stirring to melt both.
When honey and butter melt (or almost melt), add the milk and bring the whole mass to the boil.
Add the flour and try to mix well, possibly breaking the lumps. Flour a lot of do not put, level tablespoon - is enough. Boil for just a couple of minutes.
Remove from heat, add salt and vanilla and well kill the whole mass in a blender to remaining stubborn lumps still "broke".
Our sauce is ready! You can serve the cheesecakes, pancakes or whatever you want! Bon appetit!
