Description
Clafouti - sweet berry or fruit dessert. The proportions of eggs, flour and milk are incredibly varied as desired. I picked up the most optimal proportion. The texture is very delicate, but the shape remains easy to cut and looks good on the plate. Cherevichny for a reason too. It is tart, so the taste is expressive, but does not lose shape when baking as cherry. I invite all to try! The perfect combination!

Cooking
My cherevichny and take out the bones. The bones are easily removed, as have the cherries.
Milk, flour, eggs, sugar, brandy, vanilla sugar, softened butter mix with a mixer.
A baking pan with a good coat of grease and sprinkle with flour. Pour the egg mixture and spread on top of berries.
Bake about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees until Browning. Waiting for some cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
