Cooking
Let's start with the shortbread. I use always the same recipe. So! RUB the eggs with the sugar and half the butter.
Separately mix flour, baking powder, cocoa, vanilla sugar (to taste). Sift all into the dough.
Knead the dough. Divide into two parts. In the form put the baking paper, promassive, pour the dough.
Bake cakes at 180-200*C for approximately 25-30 minutes, to "dry sticks". Here such turned out the biscuits.
While they are cooling, make the cream. Mix the second half of the butter with condensed milk. Half chocolate three on a small grater and add the cream. Thoroughly mix.
Make a syrup. To do this, dissolve 9 tbsp of sugar 6 tbsp of warm water. Impregnate the first layer, on top spread half of the cream.
On top put the second cake. It we impregnate with syrup and roll the other half of the cream. Thoroughly coat the sides.
Grind scraps of cakes. Add to them the other half of the chocolate, shabby on a small grater.
Carefully sprinkle the cake from all sides. Put in the fridge to soak.
Our cake soaked! Cut and eat! :-[
