Delicious Lecho of pepper and tomato.

Ingredients

  • Sweet pepper

  • Tomato

    2 kg

  • Sugar

    8 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Garlic

Tomatoes grind in a meat grinder or a food processor, you should get 2 liters tomato or you can use tomato paste (800 grams. paste diluted with water to 2 l). Pour the tomatoes in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Put sugar, salt, vinegar and oil.
