Pickle in Polish
Very sweet and delicate taste of the soup, with sour milk taste. Unlike our pickle here no cereals and tomatoes. The soup is easy enough, so is suitable for both adults and children will like.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Green onions

    2 sprig

  • Broth

    400 ml

  • Sugar

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

Prepare the ingredients for soup. In Polish cuisine this soup with vegetable broth. On the Internet there are recipes for meat broth, but it's a matter of taste. I have a vegetable broth, which I cooked in advance, vegetables and spices.

The onion we shall cut small cubes, carrots grate on a small grater, garlic through the press.

Potatoes cut into cubes.

Pickles TM 6 Sotok grate on a grater, the juice does not drain, it will go in the soup.

Fry the onion and garlic until transparent, add the flour and fry all together.

Into the broth put the potatoes,

Immediately put carrots. Cook until the potatoes are soft.

Now add the marinated cucumbers.

Add zazharku and cook since the boiling 5-7 minutes.

Sour cream diluted with water or broth.

Add to the soup. Bring to the boil stirring to cream is not curled. Taste, if sour, add sugar.
